   Hi Jen! I am writing because I’m a loyal reader of your online movie blog and I’m currently recruiting new members for a brand new association, the Online Association of Female Film Critics. I recently started this Association as a way to connect female film journalists from across the globe. There aren’t many women working as online film writers and I thought this would be a great way for us to not only network with each other, but to promote ourselves to the film criticism community.

   I’m putting together a list of “Charter Members” and I’d love to ask you to be part of this journey! There’s never any membership fee, and you’ll be able to use a logo on your site and list yourself as a member of our organization. We will also be voting on and selecting our own end of year awards for the best achievements in film, and your name, link to your site, and photo will be listed on the OAFFC website.

   I didn’t see any other way to contact you so I’m leaving this comment!

   If you’re interested in becoming a member, I need the following from you as soon as possible:

   1. Photo
   2. Brief informal bio
   3. Name and URL of your online publication
   4. List of other Professional memberships (if applicable)
   5. The name of your all-time favorite movie (just for fun)

   That’s it! I’d absolutely love to have you as a member but if you aren’t interested, that’s fine too. Please let me know, and I hope to hear from you soon!
