Am I the only one who thought February absolutely flew? I knew we’re short a few days but still.

Considering I only saw the one movie in cinema in January, this month saw a gross improvement….I saw two.

Step Sisters (Netflix)
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies [Re-watch] (Netflix)
Date with Love (Netflix)
Tomboy (Sky)
Black Panther (Cinema)
King Arthur: Legend of the Sword [Re-watch] (Sky)
The Shape of Water (Cinema)
Pride & Prejudice [Re-watch] (DVD)
xXx2: The Next Level (Sky)

I managed to maintain a steady pace with my ongoing shows but didn’t really start anything new.

Scrubs (Comedy Central) [Re-watch]
Trauma (ITV)
Collateral (BBC Two)
Troy: Fall of a City (BBC) [Quit after two episodes]

Ongoing: Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, How To Get Away With Murder, Grown-ish, Black Lightning, Castle, Scrubs, The Flash

My favourite of the month was Black Panther. That’s all.

Over on Letterboxd I write a few lines in review for every movie, not just the ones I see in cinema if you want to check those out.

Least you forget I happen to also be an avid reader, and February was supposed to be a Fantasy month. Unfortunately fantasies are so damn large I only really managed the one and then pretty much gave up and decided to catch up on my arcs;

Tower of Dawn by Sarah J. Mass
#PrettyBoy Must Die by Kimberley Reid
The Taste of the Blue Light by Lydia Ruffles
Jinxed by Thommy Huston (Out March 13th!)

Check out my Goodreads for reviews and such.

Roll on March.

  1. How did you like Collateral? I’ve always adored Carrie Mulligan. And I’m planning on watching The Shape of Water this week. I hope it’ll be as good as the hype says.

    1. As there’s only four episodes, I watched the first and I’m waiting for the rest to come out before I binge it. So far it’s okay – same old British gritty police drama. *Shrug* but I agree about Carey Mulligan.
I can only concur to the hype of The Shape of Water because I went it without so much as seeing a single trailer.
Let me know what you think when you see it!

      1. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten into a really good British crime drama series, so I will definitely see if I like the first episode 🙂
